BRRRR in Wilmington, NC
Hey, all! I'm in the middle of closing on a deal but am already leaning in on planning my first BRRRR in Wilmington, NC. I'm a few months out from really being able to execute, but was wondering if anyone had recommendations on lenders in the area. I have only dealt with conventional banks and never explored other options that may be more BRRRR friendly.
