I own 11 rental properties free and clear. Amounting close to a million dollars in assets. Looking to grow into bigger projects. What is the best way to get funding with the amount of leverage I have, hard money or traditional? And best people to get a business line of credit from, Hard money lenders? Or Traditional banks?
