Hello Everyone,

I am currently evaluating whether any bank in US offers ‘Fixed Rate Home Equity Loan’ for Investment Property.

If so, please share:

-> a. Allowed LTV.

-> b. if Desktop/Drive-Through appraisal could be confirmed by UnderWriters, before applying for loan.

Investment Rental Property (Single Family Home)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas.

Price: ~230K
