Investment loan as second home loan

Hi BiggerPocketers, 

Hope everyone is having a fun-filled holiday season! 

I'm in process of closing a rental SFR. And the banker is ready to offer it as a second home loan, which is similar to a primary resident loan terms. Please advise whether is there any downside to getting investment property as a second home and renting it out.
