Sub2 cash out Refinance

Has anyone ever refinanced or cash out refinanced a Sub2 deal? I bought a home using the Sub 2 strategy Sep 2020 and the title will be seasoned for 6 months in Feb 2021. I want to make sure I will be able to refinance.
