UWM 61bp Mortgage Incentive
Hi everyone - in case it helps, I just wanted to give you a heads up that UWM, the biggest wholesale lender, is offering a 61bp incentive for conventional, FHA streamline & VA IRRRLs for W2 borrowers only from now through March 8th in anticipation of its upcoming IPO.
