Financing for Rehab or Addiction Center
Wondering if anyone has insight as to how to finance the construction of a large (20k+ SF) rehab center. Assume owner-operated with in-patient services. New construction and a pretty custom-built facility. My understanding is that traditional bank loans are hard to come by for facilities like this - any other suggestions on how someone might finance (short of a hard money lender)?
Also curious if anyone has info on how to finance the operations - would SBA touch a facility like this?
