Divorce and refinancing
My ex wife is having difficulty qualifying for a refi of our marital residence on her salary (includes cs payments that i make). She has been paying mortgage on time for years since the divorce but she was supposed to put the house for sale. My question is, how can i get off of the mortgage? I am not getting any equity out of the house, (thats usually how it ends up guys). Thanks in advance
