I'm in need of an industrial property in or near Atlanta, GA. I need help determining if purchasing raw land and adding a building would be better than the developed options I've seen so far. Is there a way for me to estimate the cost to develop 1-2 acres to place a metal or modular office building in an area zoned light or heavy industrial?
