Private lender template
I am new to the investing world and only have one deal under my belt which I purchased 3 months ago. I am ready to go after the next deal, but I can’t afford it on my own and would like to approach a private lender. Is there a template that anyone has used as a “business plan” to pitch to a private lender? Just not sure how to go about it and looking for some help.
