Buying a house mortgage with another loan
Hi everyone ! My name is Vaibee , me and my husband have been looking into real estate for quite a while now and need some advice on a process we are trying to do . So my mother in law wants to sell her home to us but she still owes 140k on her mortgage , would we be able to purchase it with our conventional loan ? If so what kind of issues would we be looking at ?
