Acquiring Funding For My Fix and Flip

I recently purchased a property at the local sheriffs auction, there was a miscommunication between my realtor and I where I was under the impression the property could be purchased under an LLC. This particular HOA doesn't allow the property's to be purchased under and LLC, and the title only to be under an individual.

I'm struggling to find a lender who will lend to an individual in an 55+. 

Does anyone have an recommendations?
