203b Loan Process Help!
Hi BP Community - does anyone have more information on 203b loans? Specifically, the process of using the loan for rehab and the steps needing to be taken once repairs have been started through completion? I cannot find a clear step by step process out there for this and figured this would be a great place to ask! I know you have to use an approved contractor for repairs and cannot do the work yourself. Also, who decides what repairs can be done? I assume this is not up to me, the buyer, but I could have read that wrong. Thank you in advance.
