Lender Credit Closing Costs
Hi all, need help in deciphering the closing disclosure. It always confuses me. Here lender is telling he is giving me credits about 1800. He says it is spread out between multiple items. He is saying my total origination charges are about 1000. Instead I think it is 1800. Attached is the image of CD. This is not estimate, real CD.
