Refinancing a seller financed property
Hello, my name is Antony F. Munoz from Portland Oregon and I am new to REI. While doing some research I heard of people using seller financing and then running into trouble while trying to refinance the property. What would be some causes for not being able to refinance? I appreciate every and all replies!
