How to get a fifth mortgage ( Minnesota )

Hi,

I was told by big bank lenders that only 4 mortgages are allowed unless the fifth one is for primary residence. I have four mortgages already, one for primary home, three for rental properties. Any idea what banks in minnesoda may be willing to finance a fourth rental property?
