Private money lending
Hey BP fam, I have a few questions in regards to private money lending. Tonight I am meeting w a wealthy family member who has already expressed interest in lending money to me for my first deal. I want to know I can be most prepared for the meeting. I have a business binder prepared explaining the BRRRR strategy that I will be using and a BP calculation printout for my first potential deal.
