Helping Needed to Fund Mixed Use Property
Hi Everyone. I have a deal that has two buildings. One of them has a liquor store and two apartments, while the other building is a stand alone laundromat. The owner for the businesses is the same owner of the two buildings and is packaging everything together as he is retiring and will move out of state. I am looking to fix it and refi and need assistance with how to get this funded. This deal is based here in NY. The property will be vacant once we close but the two businesses will still be operating. Please advise how should I go about this…. I appreciate any and all recommendations and help!
