Pull a little cash out of paid off multifamily properties

We have tons of equity from decades of RE investing. With rates so low it seems a no-brainer to put some of that equity to work. Looking for ideas as to the best way to proceed to get a moderate amount of cash out to handle CapEx/Maintenance as well as invest in other opportunities. Retired so no W2s. Any thoughts regarding best strategies would be greatly appreciated!
