I recently read a hard money article on BP, but when I looked at the best lenders in NC (also on BP) the reviews talk about how great the lender is in TX. 

Ran a search and Raleigh Mortgage Group has a lot of great reviews. Has anyone had a positive experience with them and/or other hard money lenders in NC?
