Ohio - Residential Mortgage lender
Hiya Guys,
We are currently in the process of buying a property with cash in Lakewood, OH and we were hoping to refinance as soon as possible. It is a duplex we are buying as an investment property so it will not be owner occupied. Does anyone know of a residential mortgage lender based in Ohio that can do a delayed financing exception FNMA loan?
