Are there any Loan Terms Agreements available to use when securing private money on a property?

Two pages? That Fannie mortgage is 15-20 pages long. The promissory note runs a couple of pages.

Also good to include an Assignment of Rents rider for your investors, as additional protection. (The attorney should recommend it.)
