What are best examples of structuring private lending deal?
Curious to see what types of creative ideas others use to secure financing from private lenders as far as structuring the deal with them. As descriptive as possible would be great.
Not really so much about finding them, but more about the different ways folks have structured those agreements i.e. partnerships, just term and agreed upon APR. In whatever scenario, what method do you use to agree on the deal (promissory notes, full blown partnership agreements or otherwise?
