Advice on 1031/Title Transfer
I have an investment property under my name in Las Vegas with a standing mortgage, and after the opening of their new stadium, property values have been rising from the pandemic lows. I would like to transfer this property into an LLC I've already created and also 1031 exchange the property into something bigger and better. I am not set either way to moving to a different market or staying in LV, but would just like to know how I should proceed.
