203k FHA Loans - Hartford CT

Hi everyone!

I'm looking to get in touch with some folks who have recently completed an FHA 203k loan. I'm looking specifically for lenders and contractors with experience, but would also like to pick the brain of anybody who has used one in recent years. My main area of concern is in the delayed payment to contractors, as I feel like that will be a big hurdle in finding somebody who is reliable and will do good work. I'm also hesitant to work with any lenders who haven't had recent experience with the program, so any referrals are much appreciated, licensed in CT ideal.
