Self-Directed IRA Custodians

Hello BP Community!

I am looking to convert my captive IRA (i.e., only allows me to invest in stock/bonds) to a self-directed IRA, so I can use those funds to purchase properties. Does anyone out there have any recommendations on custodians that are easy to work with that allow their self-directed IRAs to invest in real estate?
