FHA Construction to Permanent Loan
Hello!
Wondering if anyone could share their knowledge with me:
I live in NJ. I am looking at a lot of land and using the FHA Construction to permanent loan to buy the land and build a house. With this loans it seems you cannot build a multi-family home. However, is it possible to build a primary residence with an ADU? This ADU would be used to rent to friends or family and generate income.
I cannot seem to find the answer online myself. Please let me know, thanks!
