Got our first investment property.. what’s next?
Hi all!
My husband and I bought duplex early this year to get in the game of RE investing. We got an FHA 3.5%.
We would like get a second duplex/triplex but putting 20% down on a conventional loan its not doable at this time because we don’t have that much in liquid funds.
What would be a good move forward to continue growing our investment portfolio?
