HELOC suggestions on LLC owned properties - Flint, Mi
Hi All, I am looking for to obtain a commercial home equity line of credit for a few homes owned in Flint, Michigan.
The properties are owned out right ( no loans ) and they are under an LLC.
If anyone can kindly share some lender options: Banks / Credit Unions and direct contacts, that would be greatly appreciated.
I am also new to the platform and happy to connect with other investors in Genesee County! - Share my experiences and learn about yours.
