I am in contract to buy a farm home.

it is a manufacturer home with 18 acres land. There are walnut trees now and we will remove them build 12 small houses, and we will use this farm for events, classes and more.

We will plant new year around production tress, sell the juice of these trees. Provide healty organic fresh food to our clients.

The farm is 1.4mil we are looking for a private money, angel investor.

Seller is carrying 30% so 70% will be the loan amount desired.

I would love to close this deal before Halloween we would love to use the barn for hunted house.

 I have been pleasantly surprised by how many people are willing to invest in my network of family/friends. Have you ever heard the saying, " Ask and you shall receive?" I encourage you to ask those who are in your circles. If none of them are able it would be wise to go to a networking event and ask people there.
