Loan assumption and junior mortgages
I'm selling my house and am going to let someone assume my VA mortgage at a really low rate. They need a junior mortgage to cover the difference between purchase price and the outstanding loan balance.
My lender isn’t licensed to do junior mortgages.
I live in Denver colorado and am curious if anyone has has any luck with a lender that could make that work.
