Private or Seller Financing
Searching for creative financing to buy a short term in Florida. I don't want to use conventional bank so it doesn't mess with my DTI on my current home under construction (per my LO). I have under 10%. DTI currently, however, I want the best interest rate possible for my primary home. Any recommendations on how I can finance a short-term rental or recommendations on good private lenders?
