Cash Out Refinancing
I am wanting to begin investing in real estate. I am currently trying to understand the various investment opportunities, but for now I am needing some financial advice. I am mostly debt free, minus a small car payment (< 125 month), with excellent credit (> 800) , and I own my home (400k - 500k equity). I am wanting to hear thoughts, hopefully based on experience in this market, on a cash out refinance on my home to purchase some real estate (possibly an LTR or similar investment). Thanks!
