Do you guys all have your rental properties in your own name? I can't BRRR my properties, as no one will refinance a home owned by an LLC. How are you guys doing it?

A DSCR loan sounds like a great option for you as you will be able to get the loan as an individual or through an LLC - this type of product is strictly for rental properties and pricing is based on the ability of the property to cash flow as well as your FICO. Happy to talk more details if you are interested.
