Structuring First Seller Financing Deal
Hi everyone, I am currently negotiating the purchase a property for around $2 million consisting of multifamily, retail, and office space. The owners are open to seller financing, so I would love some advice on how to structure this deal from anyone who has experience purchasing properties through seller financing. Thanks!
