DSCR Loans in Nevada

Are there any lenders in NV that can do a DSCR loan? I found a few condos in Las Vegas I'd like to see if I can get qualified for. Thanks!

Just FYI the reason Nevada is not as universal for DSCR lenders is the state requires lenders to have a brick and mortar location (and license) in the state, so not all lenders will jump through those hoops. An example of the gov't "protecting people" by limiting their options! 🙄
