How should I go about approaching my agent with seller financing and then negotiating terms with the seller?

@Kyle Zimmerman like @Jeff Copeland said it is important to understand when seller financing is feasible and appropriate. It doesn't work for every deal. At the end of the day it takes money to close deals and pay fee's and commissions so set realistic expectations. Finally find an agent that has experience as it will decrease the educating them time frame and you will likely learn from them some new ways or things to consider.

Best of luck!
