6 Home Portfolio Purchase Funding
Looking for suggestions on best way to finance a 6 home portfolio purchase. I have 25% cash for down, I need help on how best to finance the rest. Do they do multiple home financing? Would I need to finance each home individually? I have a new LLC established but have not filed taxes for it yet, so no income to show there. Income is otherwise verifiable from my primary career and other rental property incomes. Any suggestions?
