Question regarding buying investment property.
I'm looking on buying 5+ investment properties. Is there a way of getting away from the 20% down? I would like to put 5% down. I have a $60,000 HELOC at 8% interest only. I plan on getting a $100,000 HELOC as well. Hope someone can guide me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.
