Hello!! 

My name is Ameyo. My husband and I are looking to buy a primary residence. We are thinking about off market deals. We currently live in Delaware and are looking in Delaware and Maryland. Would love to have some advice on how to proceed. We are currently expecting our first baby and would love to have a place to welcome our little one.
