Has Anyone Used Partner Driven LLC??

Hi - We're looking for your opinions to those of you who have used Partner Driven LLC. Their pitch is great, but I'm wondering if anyone can attest to the 50/50 split, did you feel the net profit was fair, were there any additional or increased fees tacked on at the end to take away from the net profit... and if you feel that the value you get from them is worth the investment?

I did. I ignorantly signed up for their "program". But, I'm guessing not many of their active member Partners will be as forthcoming, out of fear of being sued for breach of contract:

"Non-Disparagement

As a condition of your accessing the Services, for a period of (5) years from the effective date of this Agreement, you agree not to disparage the Company, its officers, directors and employees, or any of their products, services, or capabilities or otherwise solicit, induce or encourage any person or entity to limit, reduce or otherwise decide not to use any of the products or services offered by the Company."

So, here's the truth you dont find out about until AFTER you pay their "non-refundable" fee, which they cleverly term as "tuition".

"We have a strict no refund policy. Any payments previously received by us are non-refundable, because tuition is considered earned by us when paid."

1. You're not actually partnering with Partner Driven on real estate deals.

"I understand that Partner Driven provides the tools, knowledge and support listed above, but does not guarantee we will do real estate deals together.

I understand that not all deals submitted into Partner Driven will meet our qualifications to be funded and purchased by BHAU LLC, a separate affiliate company, which retains sole discretion regarding any funding decision."

2. Partner Driven operates as a real estate wholesaler for BHAU LLC.

"Deal Underwriting and Contract Preparation. Once you find a deal you like, you bring it to us for underwriting and further evaluation by an affiliate company, BHAU LLC. We prepare all of the contracts and paperwork for you to pursue the deal on your own and with the help of our acquisition team and your own personal coach."

3. Partner Driven utilizes the classic "Bait and Switch" technique:

"Closing and 100% Funding for ONE Qualified Deal. Once you have the property under contract, BHAU LLC will perform further analysis and diligence and determine whether the deal makes sense to them and is "qualified." Once the deal is qualified, BHAU LLC will provide 100% of the funding necessary to close the deal. BHAU LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether the deal is qualified or not. Not all deals will receive qualification. AFTER YOU HAVE COMPLETED YOUR FIRST DEAL*. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER FEE TO CONTINUE TO SEARCH FOR AND PRESENT ADDITIONAL DEALS. ONE OF WHICH MAY OR MAY NOT BE QUALIFIED FOR FUNDING BY BHAU LLC, IN BHAU LLC'S SOLE DISCRETION."

(FYI: the asterisk used there does not refer back to any footnote or explanation for its use.)

4. You're never provided with a standardized list of the criteria that BHAU LLC requires you to meet, in order to "qualify" your deal for funding.

These are just a few of the red flags that, if Id been informed of from the beginning, I would have never sent them any money.

I'll update with more details as the case progresses
