Looking for ideas on financing

Anthony Lofaro
Posted

Hey all,

Myself and my partner are looking to find a creative solution to our financing problem. We found a nice cash flowing property that requires rehab work. We are looking for private lender or company that would fund the rehab costs. We have 3 properties under our belts so far and but this one needs more money then we currently have on hand roughly $200,000. The property has 14 units and will cashflow after rehab. I an open to any other solutions, ideas or general input we are just trying to figure out of this is really a viable thing to do.

Thank you

You may be able to get private money to take second position if there is equity. If the properties are paid off, you will have a higher likelihood of receiving this funding.
