South Florida - LOOKING FOR BROKER/LENDER CONTACTS

Whats up BP Forums! New agent/investor in South Florida ☀️

I was looking into different options for lending and I wanted to work with some people who were familiar with federal/state programs & grants as well as hard money lenders, short term construction lending, etc. to be able to provide for clients and myself.

Would anybody be familiar of/have experience with any local mortgage brokers/lenders who are first time homebuyer and investment friendly?

You are asking for a couple different lenders.

Happy to send you to hard money without any $ strings.

One loan with multiple borrowers in a family getting down payment assistance or grants, there are MANY options. not all have to be first time home buyer but there are no investor grant loans today.
