Looking for a solid Private Money Lender for referral work
My name is Ryan Klamer, I am a local realtor in Winston Salem, NC. I work with tons of investor clients and one of the most common questions I am asked by first time investors is about acquiring a private money lender. I was wondering if their were any private money lenders on here I could send folks to as a referral. It would be great to partner up with some private money lenders and help make some deals possible that otherwise wouldn't be. The market is hot over here and were in a heavy sellers market with one month worth of inventory so it does not make much sense for my investors to try owner financing when even FSBOs can get top dollar for their home right now.
