Looking for resources to learn creative financing

I'm a real estate agent in Augusta, Georgia and an investor myself. I am really trying to dig into creative financing techniques to not only help in my own investing journey but to better help my clients. I was wondering if anybody could point me to some good resources to really start learning more about this. (Youtube channels, books, groups, etc.)

Right here on BP there is a lot of information on creative financing. Sadly the search engine here is not the best. But there is a forum specifically related to creative financing. You may wnat to check it out or subscribe to that forum.

Keep in mimnd much of what you will find on the net is from Gurus giving you just enough info to get you to sign up for their programs/coaching.
