Any body here do business in Utah?
We have a deal working in Salt lake city my bank would't fund it because it is commercial.
It is a 5000/s-ft building in .61 acres of land. The building has been vacant for 5 years in probate. I am prepared to put up 30% down in cash. We have a offer from a hard money guy the terms seem harsh.
