Unsecured Line of Credit Needed

Jessica Stern
Posted

Hi everyone! I’m an east coast real estate investor who invests out of state in Philadelphia. I unexpectedly have two closings coming up in a few weeks (one was supposed to be in November but got pushed up, so now they’re back to back). This is exciting news but I now need more capital quickly to complete both closings and all costs associated.

Have any of you tapped into an unsecured line of credit to help with a down payment / closing costs? I have excellent credit and a full time W2 job but would love to get your thoughts. Basically I need cash quickly and could use some tried and true ideas! Words of encouragement also accepted:)  Appreciate any feedback. Cheers -Jess
