Creative Finance How to
Hey guys, I have some REI experience from purchasing and owning 2 rental properties, but still have A LOT to learn. In hopes of creating a legitimate business and continuing my education, I'm the hunt for resources to help me learn creative financing. Being able to be flexible and really provide a service to the seller will help me stand out, which is huge. Are there any BP resources or books that can help me become more familiar with this aspect of the business? TIA, I appreciate all the help!
P.S. Along these lines, I'm also in desperate need of further education on marketing. Any help or guidance would be appreciated!
