Owner Financing Deal
Hello everyone! Getting into rentals, investor out here in TX. Came across one of my first deals for a sub-to out in Tucumari, NM. Not to familiar on how the market/rent is out there. payment would be 540/monthly and can be rented for about $950. Anyone have some advice if i should invest out there or if this is a good deal?
