Hi,

I am interested in learning about how to write contracts for private & hard money lenders. I am also interested in learning how to write offers for seller financing. I would like to diversify into flipping as well. Once again, trying to understand how to structure the deal and needing to get a good spreadsheet to calculate the flip. Appreciate the help!
